We’re always honored to be a client’s first choice for photography coverage. That said, when clients have long-standing relationships with another photographer, we’re more than happy to step in as a trusted backup. This approach worked especially well with our new client, Community Health Network, where we supported their primary photographer by capturing professional headshots for their nursing staff.
Community Health Network is one of the nation’s most highly integrated healthcare systems and Central Indiana’s leading provider of accessible, high-quality healthcare. As a nonprofit health system, it serves patients through more than 200 sites of care and affiliates across Central Indiana, delivering a comprehensive continuum of services. These services span hospitals, health pavilions, physician offices, surgery centers, urgent care locations, home care, behavioral health facilities, employer health services, and care provided in workplaces, schools, and homes. Community Health Network offers specialized care in areas such as breast health, cancer treatment, children’s health, and mental and behavioral health, among many others. With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, Community Health Network focuses on population health management and world-class innovation to meet the evolving needs of the communities it serves.
Our goal for this project was to capture headshots of all nurses being honored at the annual Nursing Excellence Awards Banquet. The client’s request was to have an outdoor environment for the background, so we found a wonderful area in the shadows that provided less harsh lighting compared to direct sunlight. Once we captured the individual headshots, we were able to photograph the entire group of winners. It was an honor to meet and photograph these amazing and incredible difference-makers!
