Strong relationships and community connections play a key role in the success of Studio Thirteen. Through our network communities with CREWBiz and Indy Crew, we were introduced to a new client, Rand Construction. Our team traveled to Cincinnati to capture their newly completed offices for a confidential client. We were thrilled by the opportunity and eager to bring the project to life.

For over three decades, Rand Construction has constructed innovative commercial spaces across the nation. Their vision states: “we aspire to be the contractor of choice in the markets we serve and beyond, building award-winning projects that are best-in-class and a source of pride for our clients, partners, and employees” (Rand Construction). They have worked on award winning projects and have built solid relationships with trusted clients, partners, and team members. Founded in 1989 by Linda Rabbitt, it has flourished into a premier general contractor headquartered in Washington D.C., with offices located in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Salt Lake City. Their work has received recognition by regional industry organizations that include Washington Building Construction (WBC), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) as well as gaining over 200 craftsmanship awards. Rand Construction has also been recognized and voted as ‘Best Places to Work’ by Top Workplaces, Washington Business Journal, and Washington Magazine for over a decade.

The build-out was truly exceptional, with every element crafted with remarkable care and attention to detail. Both clients collaborated seamlessly to curate a thoughtful art collection that enhances the space, creating a warm and engaging environment to work in. From a professional photography standpoint, the challenge was to highlight the artwork while also capturing the elegance of the interior architecture. The expansive windows added an additional layer of complexity, but ultimately our team achieved a harmonious balance—resulting in a striking and cohesive collection of images. We look forward to more opportunities to collaborate with Rand Construction.
