Studio 13’s owner and lead photographer, Lesle, has a long standing relationship with our new client Justin Steill the Associate Broker of Homes with Steill. The company is under Berkshire Hathaway, a global firm specializing in residential real estate in Central Indiana. We were thrilled when Justin contacted our team to update the Homes with Steill associate headshots and group photos. 

Homes with Steill is a full-service real estate brokerage and lifestyle company that represents their clients in luxury real estate, first time home buyers, new construction, and relocation throughout Indianapolis Metro including Westfield, Carmel, Fishers, Avon, Brownsburg, and Zionsville. Their team has one of the top 1% Real Estate Agents out of over 10,000 in Indiana. They have been ranked in the top 1% from 2017 to 2023. The team provides personalized services with commitment to exceed their client’s expectations. Justin Steill himself has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, and manages a great team that offers strategic marketing, lots of industry knowledge, and social networking collaboration to get homes sold for more money in a short period of time. 

The client wanted the portraits photographed inside a residential setting. Luckily, Justin has a great relationship with Estridge Homes and they were kind enough to let us use one of their model homes. Our team captured all twelve associate portraits with wonderful environmental backgrounds. For the group shots, large furniture pieces had to be removed for the group to fit within the frame. Overall, it was a fantastic project and the final deliverables met all the client’s needs.
