Luxury Living with RealAmerica | Ritchey Reserve

We love working with old friends, and every property we shoot for RealAmerica makes us love the organization even more! Each project we do with them has something special about it that makes the experience memorable.

RealAmerica is a WBE-certified company providing creative, long-term solutions in affordable, family, and senior housing. Along with working on portfolio projects such as renovating urban buildings or redesigning communities to help them thrive, RealAmerica also has a consulting practice to help others make their design visions a reality. The RealAmerica team carefully selects sites and partners with local services to help residents and communities thrive. 

For this project, we were assigned to capture interiors of Ritchey Reserve, a wonderful senior living apartment complex. This luxury senior living facility in Fishers, Indiana boasts 62 apartment homes with beautiful, open-concept floor plans. With such amenities as a dog park and pet washing station, a fitness center, a coffee bar, and even a hair salon, it’s easy to see why anyone would love to be here! In true RealAmerica fashion, the team has gone above and beyond by contracting to have a physical therapist right on site, so the senior residents don’t have to travel to get the care they need. 

We love what these great folks are doing in the world, and were pleased to have the chance to show it off!
