Indiana Wish Event: Bourbon, Bling, and Bowties

As the crisp, cool fall weather blows through, our eyes turn to the holiday season of fun, friends, and family and it reminds us of our work with the wonderful people at Indiana Wish. Their 23rd annual gala, Bourbon, Bling, and Bowties, brings people together for a good cause. This formal gathering serves as a fundraiser with a dinner, cocktail hour, silent auction and bourbon tasting, all to support the wishes of terminally ill children in the Indiana communities where we all live. We are so grateful to executive director of Indiana Wish, J’Lynn Mayes and her team for the opportunity to photograph this incredible affair.

Capturing an event like this you will, without a doubt, experience a high energy environment that makes it a night to remember. As with any event, our goal is to capture not only the people in attendance but the energy and spirit of the gathering. That is where our talented Event Specialist Lisa comes in. She is a gifted photographer whose incredible skill, timing, and eye for detail capture every beautiful moment. Lisa also took group photographs of all the wonderful people who made this event possible, as well as the children and families whose lives had been affected and the beautiful décor that served as the backdrop for this evening.
