In recent years, we have traveled more for our clients, and we love it! Whether we’re assisting Indianapolis based clients with needs in other cities, photographing a special project or event, or working with an agency for a new to us client, we do everything we can to make travel happen for our customers.
Sometimes we have the unique opportunity to respond to two client needs when traveling and that’s exactly what happened when we visited long-term client CHA Consulting to update team headshots at their Atlanta office earlier this year. Now, you may be thinking, “You went all the way to Atlanta to update headshots?” and that’s where “two clients, one stone” comes in! After securing a contract to shoot a project for one client, we reached out the the CHA team to let them know we’d be in the area if it would be a good time to capture their team members. They were thrilled we thought of them and got it on the books!
Including a local Indy office, CHA has more than 40 offices throughout the US, and it’s been a true pleasure working with their various teams over the years. A full-service firm that provides technology-enhanced services to public, private and institutional clients in various markets, we love the mission of the company and the passion their employees possess.
With our two client shoots on the schedule, we packed our bags and shipped all our equipment to “Hotlanta” and away we went! One tricky thing about traveling for shoots is you rarely get to scout a location prior so it’s oftentimes a fun challenge to face once we see where we are capturing photos. For the CHA portion of the trip, we were very fortunate that Lincoln Property Group Atlanta coordinated a beautiful suit was a skyline view for us -the perfect spot to stage stellar headshots.
Everyone was photographed in two spots, both a studio background and in an environment, to give variety and consistency. Our team worked closely together during the shoot to make sure we captured all the images needed for each person and confirmed we had a signed model release for all.
Traveling for our clients is exciting and fun. Serving our clients’ needs all throughout the country is such a gift that we never take for granted. We can’t wait to hit the road again!
