The design of this renovated school building was captivating. Brightening up the office spaces with bright red barn doors and creating an open-concept, glass-walled conference room certainly amazed me—and the AIA. The neutrals with a bright pop of red screams “modern” and photographs so well. Capturing the essence of the space was all about the lines and angles while keeping the clean look that the architect intended, so the challenge of this was finding the right composition and it turned out to be an award winner.
