Working under a tight deadline is one of our specialties, but when hiring a high-end team of people to accomplish a holiday brochure with a 10 day turn around, even we struggle just a bit!  We got lucky when our go to food stylist had a cancellation and we were able to book him just in time.  The out-of-state grocery store chain provided a style guide; then, we shopped the props and backgrounds while the food stylist shopped for all the consumable items. For the duration of the shoot, we texted images to this out of state client for art direction and final approval.
