The developer and architect collaborated to create this affordable housing complex on a site that over the years had become a neighborhood hangout for criminal mischief.  Their creation is a modern masterpiece and it was a pivoting point for the Irvington area. Photographing a north facing building at sunset has to be done at the right time of year – and you just hope the weather cooperates!  We worked hard to shoot at just the right moment for this building.  The interiors were staged with an varied selection of furniture because the new apartment tenants had not yet moved in, so it was definitely a collaborative effort (as all these projects are).
