This 6-day project was a doozy!  This client was an out of town start up restaurant that knew they needed high end photography but had no clue where to start.  So we met with them to get a vision for their restaurant (which had not even been built yet!), went over their menu, and guided them through the process.  They gave us complete creative control over the food, while the client was still present for veto power or specific changes.  The client was open to the style and vision we gave them and the end result was fabulous.
